Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapy services include an initial evaluation, follow up visits, a free physical therapy screen* and telemedicine appointments.


*If you are unsure if physical therapy is right for you, set up a free screening by contacting us. No treatment will be given during this visit.

Sports Performance

The sports performance visit is a 45-60 min session to help optimize your performance. We will look at biomechanics and form to help optimize strength, flexibility, power and speed. No hands on treatment will be given during these sessions. These appointments are cash based.  $100.

Other Services

We also provide private strength and conditioning and small group off-ice training. Sarah Berkshire also coaches ice skating at Kraken Community Iceplex for all ages youth to adults.

Insurance Information

If I am not in network with your insurance I do offer discounted cash rates. Please contact us for more information.

  • Initial Evaluation- $225

  • Follow up visit - $175

  • Cash Packages

    • Initial evaluation and 3 follow up visits - $700 (save $50)

    • 4 follow up visits - $600 (save $100)

Twist Physical Therapy is in network with the following insurance providers:

  • Regence

  • Premera

  • Cigna

  • Aetna

  • First Choice Network

  • Kaiser PPO

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Labor and Industries

  • Motor Vehicle Accident (PIP claims)

We are out of network with United HealthCare and Kaiser (except Kaiser PPO plan).

 

I am currently offering telemedicine appointments in addition to in-person visits. Please contact us to see if a telemedicine appointment would be appropriate alternative to being seen in the clinic. Telemedicine visits are billed the same as in-person visits.
